BEL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Selection

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, is conducting a Walk-in Selection for Graduate Apprentices. This recruitment is a golden opportunity for engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in a premier defence electronics company.

Important Walk-in Dates & Schedule

The selection process will be conducted via walk-in interviews on the following dates:

• Reporting Dates: 16th January & 17th January 2026

• Reporting Time: 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM (Candidates arriving late will not be entertained).

Vacancy & Stipend Details

• Role: Graduate Apprentice

• Total Vacancies: 84 Posts

• Stipend: ₹17,500/- per month (Consolidated).

• Training Period: One Year (as per the Apprentices Act, 1961).

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have a B.E. / B.Tech degree in relevant engineering branches (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Electrical, Civil, etc.).

  • Only candidates who have passed their degree in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to apply.

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate (for General/OBC/EWS) or 50% aggregate (for SC/ST/PwBD).

• Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026): Maximum 25 years.

  • Relaxation: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD (10 years).

Selection Process

1. Written Test / Interview: Selection will be based on performance in the written test or interview conducted on the spot.

2. Merit Scoring: Final selection is often based on the aggregate marks obtained in the engineering degree.

3. Document Verification: Candidates must produce original certificates at the time of the walk-in.

• Venue: Centre for Learning and Development (CLD), Bharat Electronics Limited, Jalahalli Post, Bangalore - 560013.

• Documents to Carry:

  • SSLC / 10th Marks Card.

  • Engineering Degree Certificate & All Semester Marksheets.

  • Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) if applicable.

  • Aadhar Card & Recent Passport Size Photographs.

  • Note: Candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal before appearing.
