IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SSC CGL MAINS 2025

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released an Important Notice (No. HQ-EC033/7/2025-EC-Part(1)) dated January 2, 2026, regarding modifications to the SSC CGL 2025 Tier-II (Mains) exam schedule.
This revised schedule supersedes the previous notification dated December 19, 2025. The core change is the swapping of exam days: the Skill Test (DEST) will now take place on Day 1, while the main written papers will occur on Day 2.

Key Highlights for Candidates
Admit Card: Candidates can expect the Tier-II Admit Cards to be released approximately 4 days before the exam (tentatively by January 14, 2026) on the official website [suspicious link removed].
City Intimation: The Exam City Intimation Slip is expected to be available by January 8, 2026.
Shift Timings: While official timings are usually detailed on the admit card, shifts typically start around 9:00 AM (reporting time 7:45 AM).
Mandatory Documents: Ensure you carry a printed copy of your Admit Card, a valid original Photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, etc.) with your full date of birth, and recent passport-size photographs.
