Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking, has announced a major recruitment drive for its Ghaziabad Unit. This is a premier opportunity for engineering and management graduates to join India’s leading aerospace and defense electronics company as Trainee Engineers and Trainee Officers.

The BEL Ghaziabad Unit is conducting a walk-in selection process for 119 vacancies. This recruitment is on a fixed-tenure basis for an initial period of two years, extendable up to a maximum of four years based on performance and project requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Trainee Engineer: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD).

    • Trainee Officer: Full-time MBA in the relevant specialization with at least 55% marks.

  • Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026): * Maximum: 28 Years.

    • Relaxations: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Salary & Allowances

  • 1st Year: ₹30,000/- per month

  • 2nd Year: ₹35,000/- per month

  • 3rd Year (if extended): ₹40,000/- per month

  • Additional Benefits: Candidates are eligible for a consolidated allowance of ₹12,000/- per year toward insurance, stitching charges, footwear, etc.

Selection Process

  1. Online Registration: Candidates must register via the official Google Form link before the Jan 9 deadline.

  2. Written Test: An objective-type test covering general aptitude and technical subjects.

  3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be interviewed on the same or the following day.

  4. Final Merit: Prepared based on 85% weightage for the Written Test and 15% for the Interview.
