Education: Graduation from a Government-recognized University is mandatory for all posts.
Preference: MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) or certifications like NISM V-A, NISM XXI-A, CFP, or CFA are highly valued for Wealth Management roles.
Age Limit (as of 01.05.2025):
VP Wealth: 26 – 42 years.
AVP Wealth: 23 – 35 years.
CRE: 20 – 35 years.
Experience: * VP Wealth: Min. 3 years in sales/marketing with Banks/Wealth Firms/AMCs.
AVP Wealth: Relevant experience in relationship management preferred.
Unlike traditional bank exams, this recruitment focuses on professional profiles and direct interaction.
Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on parameters decided by the Bank (experience, qualification, and profile).
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview (100 marks). It may be conducted in personal, telephonic, or video mode.
Merit List: The final selection is based solely on the interview scores. No written exam is required for these specific 996 posts.
