Engineering Disciplines: Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil, Chemical.

Educational Qualification (Min. 60% Marks):
Age Limit (as of 29.12.2025): * Maximum 27 years for General/EWS.
Relaxations: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD (10 years) as per Govt. rules.
During Training: Candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 as Management Trainees.
On Completion of Training: Absorbed as Assistant Managers.
Annual CTC: Approximately ₹15.55 Lakhs Per Annum (including basic pay, DA, HRA, and various perks/allowances).
Written Test (CBT): 150 Objective questions.
Part I: 100 questions on Subject/Discipline knowledge.
Part II: 50 questions on General Aptitude (Reasoning, English, Quant).
Interview: Candidates are shortlisted for interview in a 1:7 ratio based on CBT merit.
Final Weightage: 85% for Written Test and 15% for Interview.
