The monthly compensation is highly competitive and provided as a consolidated amount based on the equivalent grade level:
Level 3 (Equivalent to Grade C): ₹3,10,000 – ₹4,10,000 per month.
Level 4 (Equivalent to Grade D): ₹4,30,000 – ₹5,10,000 per month.
Level 5 (Equivalent to Grade E): ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per month.
Note: The initial remuneration is negotiable within these ranges based on qualifications and experience.
Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee settled before 1962.
Education & Experience: Varies strictly by post. Most roles require a Master’s degree or B.E./B.Tech/CA in relevant fields along with 3 to 15 years of professional work experience.
Age Limit: Minimum ages range from 21 to 40, and maximum ages range from 40 to 62, depending on the specific post.
Type: Full-time contract basis.
Tenure: Initial period of 3 years, extendable by up to 2 more years based on performance.
Place of Posting: Generally Mumbai, though the Bank reserves the right to post selected candidates at any of its centers in India.
The selection involves a multi-stage evaluation:
Preliminary Screening: Initial shortlisting based on educational qualifications and experience.

Interview: Final selection is based solely on performance in the personal interview.
