Compensation is highly competitive and provided as a consolidated monthly amount:
Grade C (Level 3): ₹3,10,000 – ₹4,10,000 per month.
Grade D (Level 4): ₹4,30,000 – ₹5,10,000 per month.
Grade E (Level 5): ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per month.
Note: The initial remuneration will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
Educational Qualification: Varies by post. Generally requires Masters/BE/B.Tech in relevant fields (Statistics, IT, Economics, CS, Finance) or specialized certifications (CA, CFA, CISA).
Work Experience: Significant professional experience is mandatory, ranging from 3 to 15 years depending on the seniority of the post.
Age Limit:
Grade C: 25–45 years (varies by post)
Grade D: 35–45 years
Grade E: 40–62 years
Nationality: Must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan.
Nature: Full-time contract basis.
Tenure: Initial period of 3 years, extendable by up to 2 more years.
Place of Posting: Generally Mumbai, though the Bank reserves the right to post at any of its centers in India.
Preliminary Screening: Shortlisting based on educational qualification and work experience.
