The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has officially announced its Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025–2026 for various technical and non-technical trades. IOCL is inviting online applications for the engagement of 501 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This recruitment is notable for its Merit-Based Selection, meaning there is no written examination for these specific posts.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed their degree/diploma/ITI on or before the closing date.
Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship or have more than one year of experience are not eligible.
Stipend: Will be paid as per the Apprenticeship Rules (approx. ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month depending on qualification).
Training Period: 12 months for most trades (6 months for specific skill trades).
The selection is purely Merit-Based:
Merit Scoring: Selection is based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (10th/12th/ITI/Diploma/Degree).
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called to verify their original academic and category certificates.
Medical Examination: Candidates must meet the physical fitness standards specified by IOCL.
