To apply for this scholarship, students must fulfill the following conditions:
Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Telangana or studying in a recognized college within Telangana.
Academic Merit: * Must have secured at least 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the previous qualifying examination (12th/Intermediate or previous semester).
Financial Background:
Designed for students facing "difficulty to study" due to financial constraints.
Family annual income must be below the threshold specified by the government for EWS/OBC-NCL categories.
Reservation: * Special priority and seat allocation are given to SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates as per government norms.
Financial Aid: Direct bank transfer of the scholarship amount to the student's Aadhaar-seeded account.
Incentive for Excellence: Higher-ranking merit students may receive additional book grants or technical support.
Shortlisting: Candidates are ranked based on their academic performance in their last major examination.
Verification: The committee verifies the Income Certificate and Caste/Category Certificate to ensure the benefit reaches the intended audience.
