ITI Limited is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join as Young Professionals on a contract basis. These roles are spread across various units including Bangalore, Naini, Rae Bareli, Mankapur, Palakkad, and Srinagar.

Educational Qualification:
Technical YPs: First-class B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in relevant engineering branches.
Management YPs: MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR, Finance, or Marketing.
Others: Relevant Degree or ITI certificate from recognized institutions.
Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) in the qualifying examination.
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026): * Maximum: 30 Years.
Relaxations: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Consolidated Remuneration: Up to ₹60,000/- per month (based on qualification and experience).
Tenure: Initial engagement for two years, which may be extended based on performance and organizational needs.
The selection is based on professional screening and direct interaction:
Shortlisting: Based on academic performance and relevant experience.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview to assess technical knowledge and communication skills.
Final Selection: Based on a cumulative score of academic merit and interview performance.
